We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to help us with Phoenix Ball 2011 this Saturday, October 15, 2011. This is a great experience for all of you to meet tonnes of new people, as well as for those of you in high school looking to complete your volunteering hours.

If you are interested, please fill out the Volunteer Registration Form. The deadline for all applications is Sunday, September 25, 2011. Once completed, you can send it to us in 1 of 3 ways:

1. Reply back to this email with the saved form attached
2. Fax us at: (905) 828-6100
3. Hand it to us in person at the CPB office: 1675 The Chase, Unit 22.

Duties may include set-up, venue decorations, raffle ticket sales, greeting, reception, silent auction, and many more!

Once you have submitted the form, we also invite you to join us at our "Meet & Greet Welcome Meeting" on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 11am to 2pm. This meeting is mandatory for all applicants that wish to volunteer at this event.
