Re: Phoenix Ball 2004

The Mississauga Board of Chinese Professionals & Businesses (CPB) is proud to host the Phoenix Ball 2004 on Sunday, October 17, 2004 at the Mississauga Convention Centre. As you may be aware, the Ball is the primary fundraising event for CPB and this year, we will again raise funds for 5 distinctly worthy charitable organizations: Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto, Credit Valley Hospital, Trillium Health Centre, University of Toronto at Mississauga, and the Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation.

For most of us, these 5 organizations have positively touched the lives of our friends, families and neighbours through their outstanding work and contributions. All of these organizations are in the middle of a capital campaign to expand and develop their facilities and services and require our help.

We cordially invite you to be a sponsor for Phoenix Ball 2004. As in the past, it is expected that the Ball will be attended by over 1,000 well-connected and influential guests and patrons from the political, business and professional communities. Last year's Ball was attended by over 1000 of these individuals. As a sponsor, you can take full advantage of this enormous opportunity to promote your company and products.

For your consideration, we are pleased to offer the following marketing program to provide you with an exceptional promotional opportunity for your company as our sponsor:

• Event promotion acknowledgment of your company as a Phoenix Ball sponsor in local newspapers and radio stations, including the three prominent Chinese newspapers and the Mississauga News.
• Event promotion and acknowledgment of your company as a Phoenix Ball sponsor on 1000 posters that will be distributed and displayed throughout Peel Region.
• Event promotion and acknowledgment of your company as a Phoenix Ball sponsor in the Chinese TV media promoting the event. (For Phoenix and Diamond sponsors only.)
• Advertisement and acknowledgment of your company in the Phoenix Ball Program Book.
• Special recognition of your company at the Phoenix Ball Press Conference held before the event.
• Video presentation and/or acknowledgement of your company at the Phoenix Ball.
• Special recognition of your company at the Phoenix Ball.
• A display booth to promote your company or products at the Phoenix Ball.
• Post event acknowledgment of your company in the Mississauga News.
• Feature article focusing on your company in the CPB Journal. (For Phoenix and Diamond sponsors only.)
